Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel anytime
You can cancel a paid plan whenever you like from your account → Manage billing. When you cancel, you keep full access to your paid features through the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your account simply returns to the free Scout plan — you never lose your saved signals, workspace, or progress.
The free plan is always free
The Scout plan costs nothing and never requires a card. You only pay if you choose to upgrade to Operator or Founder.
Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance for each subscription period, so we don't automatically refund partial or unused periods. If you were charged in error, or something wasn't working as described, email us at realworkflowtoday@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it and make it right where appropriate.
