On the radar now
Mobile car wash & detailing that comes to the driveway
Our read: The gap isn't washing cars — it's that almost nobody will come to you.
Residential window cleaning on a recurring schedule
Our read: Recurring routes are the opening; most cleaners chase one-off commercial jobs.
Driveway, patio & house-siding pressure washing
Our read: High per-job value and visible results, with almost no equipment barrier.

Fair questions
Is it actually free?+
Yes. The Scout plan is free - every starter-tier gap, ranked for your county, with the full playbook, no card required. Paid plans widen the radar to bigger opportunities and personalize the playbook to your county.
Where do the signals come from?+
The ranking comes from two US Census programs: County Business Patterns (businesses with employees) plus Nonemployer Statistics (sole proprietors with no payroll) — added together, per resident, against the national rate. Sole proprietors are the majority in these trades: nationally there are 66,608 cleaning businesses with employees and 1,033,095 without, so counting only the first would miss 94% of them. You can check any number we show against census.gov. The honest limit that remains: this measures supply - how many exist - not demand. A low count is a lead worth checking, not proof that customers are waiting.
What's in a playbook?+
A step-by-step launch plan tuned to your county and your budget: how to validate the gap, what to set up first, and a launch checklist you can work through one step at a time. Answer more in Settings and the plan gets more specific — none of it is required.
Does it work for my city?+
Yes, on every plan: your signals are ordered by the real Census gap for your own county, free included. What the paid plans add is personalization on top of that ranking — Operator and Founder tune the fit score and the playbook to your city, so a gap in Austin reads differently than the same gap in Buffalo.
